- Olive + Crate do not charge any fees if not redeemed within first year
- Treat your gift card like cash. If you lose the gift card, Olive + Crate cannot guarantee it can be replaced
- Add the gift card to Apple Wallet or store in a safe place, either digitally or printed
- If you have any questions about your gift card, such as, how long to the expiry date or how much credit is left, please contact Olive + Crate customer support at https://oliveandcrate.com/pages/contact
- Unused money not spent cannot be converted to cash, however, unused portion can contribute to a higher value sale. For example, if you have $10 left on your gift card and Olive + Crate does not sell any $10 products, then you can purchase a higher value item, such as a pillowcase set for $32.99 and use $10 from the gift card and pay the balance via another payment method, such as PayPal or credit card.
