Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited and overnight shipping are not available to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with an order tracking number as soon as your package has been processed and shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Olive + Crate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Olive + Crate take lost and damaged parcels very seriously, we want you to have the best experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly and we’ll help. Please take photographs of the package, save all packaging material and damaged goods, this will enable us to help you.

Late delivery
If you have not received your delivery by the times stated above, please check your tracking number to see if the parcel has been delivered to a location within your property.
If you parcel has not been delivered by the expected time and the tracking does not say delivered, please contact our customer support and we will assist further. If the courier has not delivered within 7 days of the expected delivery date, we will arrange a replacement free of charge to you.
Missing/Stolen Deliveries

On occasions parcels do get stolen, it is unfortunate and frustrating.  You can help receive successful deliveries by having a location out of site where parcels can be left and if possible, have a video door bell.

In the unfortunate event that you think your parcel may have been stolen, first check with your neighbors and check around your house/apartment for somewhere the parcel may have been left.  Please check the tracking status of your order and it it says Delivered, contact us immediately.

For orders up to $200 in value we will replace the items once at no charge to you.  For orders over $200 we will still replace the stolen items, but you will need to file a Police Report and forward us a copy, we will then replace or refund.

If arranging a second delivery, please ensure you have a safe location for the goods to be delivered, as we are not able to replace or refund a second time to the same location.

International Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship to other global destinations.
