Update: As of April 2024, Olive + Crate have partnered with Amazon Logistics for faster delivery. All orders will now be processed within 5-7 days for Standard Delivery and 2 - 3 days for Expedited shipping options. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii and remote locations.

Expedited and overnight shipping are not available to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with an order tracking number as soon as your package has been processed and shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Olive + Crate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Olive + Crate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly and we’ll help. Please take photographs of the package, save all packaging material and damaged goods.

Late delivery

 

If you have not received your delivery by the times stated above, please check your tracking number to see if the parcel has been delivered to a location within your property.
If you parcel has not been delivered by the expected time and the tracking does not say delivered, please contact our customer support and we will assist further. If the courier has not delivered within 7 days of the expected delivery date, we will arrange a replacement free of charge to you.
International Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship to other global destinations.
