Olive + Crate Website Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. Thats why we offer a returns, exchange and refund policy for 60 days after purchase. We offer FREE returns & exchanges (limitations apply), you do not need to pay shipping to return an item to us.  
If you are not 100% satisfied with Olive + Crate products, simply start the return or exchange process here. We may ask you to provide an image of the issue, so we can improve our products in the future. In most some it will not be necessary to return the product and you can keep it as a goodwill gesture.


Limitations & exclusions: 

  • Our 60 Day free returns and exchange policy is limited to one return or exchange per item per order. Second time returns or exchanges on the same order will incur shipping fees. If eligible to return second time, items must be returned in sellable condition and be able to be restocked at our warehouse.
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use by customer
  • Minor imperfections, such as slight cosmetic flaws
  • Stains, tears, burns and discoloration that occur over time and/or caused by user
  • Any Olive + Crate product purchased from a non-authorized dealer
  • Damage caused by animals, rodents or children
  • Natural occurring aromas from Lyocell or other materials
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or improper cleaning materials
  • Items SALE section are clearance items and may not be returned. Seasonal sale items, such as Black Friday may be returned unless otherwise started
  • expedited shipping costs


Our bedding products now come packaged in a Tencel draw string bag made of the same material as your sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. If you really do not like the feel of the Tencel material bag DO NOT unpack the product. If the product is unpacked, it cannot be resold. This contributes to unnecessary resource wastage of product and shipping and ultimately damages the environment.

Order Cancellations

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse 2pm Monday to Friday US Eastern Time. An order that is placed in error may be cancelled by notifying hello@oliveandcrate.com before 2pm EST. If the order is placed after 2pm EST, then the cut off is 2pm EST the next working day (M-F). If we are not notified of a cancelled order by 2pm  EST and the order is dispatched to our couriers, the order can still be cancelled, but the goods must be returned in a saleable condition, not unpacked or used and the order will be refunded.

If we are not able to resolve your issue directly, all Amazon purchase are entitled to a 60 day, 'no question' money back guarantee. Please follow Amazons refund policy on their website.
