Olive + Crate Website Returns, Cancel Order, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. Thats why we offer a returns, exchange and refund policy for 30 days after purchase. We offer FREE returns & exchanges (conditions apply, see below), you do not need to pay shipping to return an item to us.
If you are not 100% satisfied with Olive + Crate products, simply start the return or exchange process here. We may ask you to provide an image of the issue, so we can improve our product quality in the future. In some it will not be necessary to return the product and you can keep it as a goodwill gesture.
Olive + Crate may update its' Refund and Exchange Policy at any time and what appears in this document supersedes all previous packaging claims, advertising claims, product inserts and brochures, emails and SMS to customers.
Returns - At Home 30 Day Trial
- Free Returns are offered for product value $50 and above. If the return value is less than $50, we charge $8.95 restocking fee.
- Clearance items are heavily reduced and not eligible for free returns. They can be returned but will incur $8.95 restocking fee to cover the cost of returning.

- once return has been received at our Returns Warehouse, it will be inspected and the money will be refunded to your original payment method or gift card +10% if you chose that option. If there is a problem, we will contact you via email. The shipping, inspecting and refund process could take up to 14 days. Please contact us here if you have not received your refund in this time
- The restocking fee above does not apply to returns initiated because we sent the wrong item or there is a manufacturing defect with the product
Return/Refund Conditions:
Free Return and Exchange policy extends to one order per household in the US.
Large Orders Over 2 Bedding Products - You are welcome to test our bedding products to evaluate if they are right for you. However, for large orders over 2 units, you may only test up to 2 units, for example, 1 sheet set and 1 comforter. All other products in the order must be returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all labels and swing tags attached.
We supply one free return shipping label per order, for additional boxes/labels, these will need to be purchases at the customers expense. If considering a large order, it may be preferable to place a smaller order first, to see if our products are to your liking, before proceeding with larger order, thus saving on unnecessary shipping from warehouses to your address and back.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel and order free of charge any time up until the order is dispatched from our warehouses. Once the order has been dispatched, unfortunately a cancelation will not be possible and you will need to initiate a free return or exchange instead.
Exchanges - Buyers Remorse
All Olive + Crate sheet sets, pillowcase sets and duvet covers now come in a cloth bag, made of the same material as the product inside. Please inspect the color thoroughly and feel the texture of the fabric.
Do Not un-package the product if you think you do not like the feel or color!
We only accept exchanges for products that are returned in original packaging, with swing tags, cardboard sleeves attached. The product must not have been unpackaged.
If you have unpackaged the product or feel that you would like to test the product on your bed, then this will be a return and not an exchange. Please refer to the Return conditions above.
We pay the return shipping. Olive + Crate offer free exchange shipping once per order. If you decide to exchange more than once, we reserve the right to charge $8.95 restocking fee per item to cover return shipping and warehouse charges.
