From fresh garden vegetables seasoned in Thailand or making pizza dough by hand while touring Italy -- food has always been an integral part their lives so when they had children it only made sense that this would carry on into theirs too! Nowadays kids can enjoy international recipes right alongside grownups as well.
A great deal more than just good taste buds are required here: nowadays' young ones need inspiration from those who have experienced many cultures first hand…

At Olive + Crate
Anne Le Blanc
She is co-owner of Olive + Crate with her husband David. She Loves both a mix of old and new homewares combined with their collectables from around the globe. Inspired by her builder father she appreciates the process of building, design, re use, recycle and now re-style!
Born in Melbourne Australia, Anne has spent many years working with large scale corporations but has helped to develop Olive + Crate into her passion and side hustle. Over many years Anne & David have created beautiful new homes, redeveloped old ones plus launched a growing online business. When refurbishing a home Anne prefers the simple, fresh and crisp themes and likes to incorporate old and new
Super cooling, breathable & Soft things to live in harmony. Her favourite past time is to sit with a floor plan and rework it seeing the potential. Anne is fond of period homes, preserving and highlighting their character.
Her other passion is to create art and experiments in different styles as she is inspired through everyday imagery. Anne says it is an ongoing quest to find your niche!In between all of this she holds an executive position at her local Netball club that is rapidly growing and together with David, they are raising two children who are both in secondary school and learning about life through education and their travels.
David Le Blanc
He is both co-owner and founder of Olive + Crate and is the main driver of their online business. David also founded a property development business that specializes in home rehab/renovation and small scale development.
Over many years they have created beautiful new homes, redeveloped old ones plus launched a growing online business.
Born in Melbourne Australia, he spent many years working with large scale corporations but left to pursue more entrepreneurial business pursuits. Starting with renovations, redevelopment, then moving into development and finally to complete the trilogy ecommerce homewares.
David Prefers
the modern finishes, clean lines and uncluttered spaces. His favourite past time is to crunch the numbers, read about business ideas and global affairs. Whilst he is fond of period homes and their character, David also loves modern architecture that integrates with the outdoors. He has a huge appetite for learning and is often sharing his ideas with others.
In between all this David organises multiple mastermind groups anchored around business to generate ideas, share stories and learn from each other and together with Anne, they are raising two kids who are both in secondary school and learning about life through education and their travels.
