Shipping

USA

We offer two speeds of shipping, Standard 4 -7 days and Expedited 2 - 3 days. Expedited shipping is only available to mainland 48 states and does not include some remote and regional locations.

Does not include Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates & APO/FPO. These locations will take longer

All our deliveries are managed by Amazon Logistics, so you know you will receive fast and reliable shipping

Yes! For all orders over $50

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50, but the speed of delivery can be variable (see above). If you are in a hurry for you products, we thoroughly recommend paying a little extra for expedited shipping.

Olive + Crate offer FREE Standard shipping speed deliveries for orders over $50. You may upgrade to 2 - 3 day Expedited shipping at checkout for a small additional fee

If your order has not been dispatched from the fulfilment centre then we can cancel the order. Standard (free shipping) orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 days and Expedited orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so it is important to act quickly. An order can be cancelled here

It is important to make sure you enter all details into the order correctly! Once an order has been dispatched from the fulfilment centre, it is in the hands of the courier company and we have completed the order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse or refund orders due to non delivery as a result of incorrect address details being entered by the customer

Eucalyptus Sheets Product FAQs

In a word "Yes"

Just like linen, cotton, bamboo and other natural fibers, there is going to be some wrinkling. Only synthetic fibers made from petrochemical processes are less likely to wrinkle.


To reduce wrinkling there are a couple of options.


1. Fold your sheets immediately after line drying or machine drying. Folded sheets will show less wrinkles, where as sheets bunched up in a washing basket will get very wrinkly.


2. Set your dryer to 'iron' setting, if it has one. This will leave a little bit of moisture in the sheets and then iron straight away. The moisture left in the sheets will make the ironing a breeze.


100% natural fibers are great for you and the environment, but they do require a little more care than synthetics.

No!

Only products returned in an unused condition in original packaging are reused. If there is any evidence that a returned product has been un packaged or used, they are donated to local charities and animal shelters.

This is totally up to you. Our sheets are made in very sanitary conditions, but some people like to wash before use. However, this in not necessary, the sheets are beautiful straight out of the packet.

Olive + Crate bedding products are designed in Melbourne, Australia, made with sustainable Tencel fiber produced in Europe and assembled in China.

We do not sell pillowcases with duvet covers, because we have found some customers prefer to choose various colors and sizes. Pillowcases can be added to  Duvet Cover order at a20% discount, when done as part of the same transaction. This represents excellent value.

Exchange Cancel Order & Return FAQs

At certain times of the year we will clear excess stock from ourClearance Page. Items that appear on this page are deeply discounted and sold at close to cost price. Clearance goods are not eligible for returns or exchange. The purchase is final. and non-returnable.

Just contact us, let us know you are not happy with the sheets and we will process your refund following the sheets return to our warehouse.

Perfect Sleep "At Home Sleep Test" is only available to residents of the USA. Expected shipping time is 4-9 days in the USA . 

"At Home Sleep Test" is limited to one order per customer, household and/or address. Subsequent returns will incur $7.95 per item restocking fee to cover shipping and warehouse charges.

Used returned bedding is donated to local charities

All website returns must be initiated via our online returns process with valid RMA number. Click the button below, if for some reason our return system is not working or you are having trouble with it, please contact us directly on hello@oliveandcrate.com

Once you have downloaded your mailing label, print it off. Repackage your goods, preferably in the box you received them in, tape securely, cover all old labels and barcodes and attach your new mailing label with clear tape or glue. Do not place the label around the corner of boxes or across seams. Place it in a prominent position.

Once repackaged, take to your nearest drop off location. Our system uses UPS, Fedex and USPS labels, based on the most cost effective from your location. Please note, we cannot choose a particular shipper for you. To find the location of your nearest drop off location, simply search drop off location for the shipper on your label and enter your address to get the nearest drop off. Your purchase will be refunded within 2 working days of receiving your return at our warehouse. If for some reason you have not received your refund in a timely manner, please contact us to follow up.

Start Return Process

Good news!

We give the same 30 day 'at home' trial for Amazon customers, as we do for our own. The return process is slightly different.

On Amazon.com, go to the Accounts & Lists drop down menu in the top righthand corner of your screen. Click on 'Your Orders' and find the order from Olive + Crate. There will be a button on the order for 'Returns & Exchanges' Click on that button and follow the Amazon instructions.

If you require any further assistance with an Amazon return, please contact Amazon customer support.

In most cases, Yes

We ask that our products are returned, so our staff can inspect them and determine if they are suitable for restocking or donating. We only restock products that are in original packaging and have not been used at all.

Your refund will be processed to your account as soon as the products are received back at our warehouse and checked in to our returns warehouse. This can take up to 10 working days after products checked in and inspected.

Yes!

If you have made a mistake in your purchase, don't panic. We can exchange for another color or size. (limit one exchange per order, customer, address)

Our products sheets sets, pillowcase sets and duvet covers come packaged in a sustainable cloth bag, made of the same material as the product inside. Please check you are happy with the color and feel of the product before un-packaging. If you would like to exchange for a different color, please do not un-package the bedding. 

Exchanges can only be made for products that are un-packaged, with all swing tags and cardboard sleeve attached and in re-saleable condition. If the bedding has been used, then this falls under our return policy (30 day at home trial), see FAQ above for more details.

Absolutely!

Cancellations are possible, but there are some conditions and limitations.

Orders can be cancelled, free of charge, any time up to fulfilment from our warehouses. If the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, then it will not be possible to cancel and a free return or exchange will need to be initiated instead.

We have had a few rare occurrences where a customers bank has charged them an international transaction fee. This is because Olive + Crates registered business address is in Australia. However, banks should not charge this international fee, because the Olive + Crate website is hosted in the US, charges in US dollars and only sells in the US. If this happens, please call your bank and ask for the fee to be reversed, because it is not an international transaction.

Unfortunately not, you can only use one coupon per order. For example, a Welcome Discount Code cannot be combined with a promotion code for a larger discount.

Unfortunately not, because bundles are already discounted, a discount coupon cannot be used in addition. You can however retain your discount coupon for a future purchase..

Pre-Order Transactions

Form time to time we may run out of inventory and you will see a 'Pre-order' button, instead of 'Add to Cart' button.

When you pre-order a product, you will receive an automatic 5% saving on the normal full price of the product. This is our way of compensating you for the delay.

At the time of purchase, we provide an estimate shipping duration eg. 'will ship in 10 days'.

This is an estimate only and actual shipping time may be longer based on shipping and warehouse issues.

Since Covid started, shipping and logistics has been an ongoing challenge for may businesses and we do our best to minimise these disruptions.

If you consider delivery time too long, you can cancel the order any time by contacting us (see below)

You will not be charged for your order at the time you place your order.

We will process payment when we receive notification from the warehouse that your order is ready to ship.

Yes!

You can cancel your order anytime up to when it is shipped from the warehouse.

Once it has been shipped from the warehouse, you will need to arrange a return/refund via our 30 day free returns process (see Returns section of FAQ)

We understand that things happen sometimes. If your payment method is declined, we will send an invoice for payment and payment can be made within 24 hours.

Unfortunately if payment is not made within 24 hours, we will need to cancel the order, so it does not get sent from the warehouse.

You are welcome to re-order any time, there is not penalty or cost to you if we need to cancel the order.
