Shipping

Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a small flat fee. If you're in a hurry for your products, we recommend paying a little extra for expedited shipping.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can correct the address before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to reroute or refund packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided at checkout.

Exchange, Cancel & Returns

Items purchased through a liquidation or clearance sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven't yet entered fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Yes, if you'd like a different size, color, or product, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
In most cases, yes — please contact our support team and they'll confirm the exact requirements for your order.
Start your return by visiting our returns portal or contacting our support team, and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Try your new bedding at home for up to 30 nights. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Orders purchased through Amazon must be returned through Amazon's own returns process, not directly through Olive + Crate.
We're sorry for the mix-up! Contact our support team with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away, at no cost to you.

Payments & Finance

Unused balances can't be converted to cash, but they can always be combined with another payment method. For example, if you have $10 left and want a $32.99 pillowcase set, you can pay $10 from your gift card and the remaining balance with PayPal or a credit card.
Bundle pricing already reflects a discount, so additional discount codes generally can't be combined with bundle offers.
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
You can choose to pay in full at checkout, or select a Buy Now Pay Later option if you'd prefer to split your purchase into installments.
Contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to look up your remaining balance and expiry date for you.
Simply enter your gift card code at checkout when placing an order, and the balance will be applied automatically. There's no need to contact us or activate it separately first.
Your gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, encrypted payment providers, so your information is always kept secure.
Please treat your gift card like cash — if it's lost, we can't guarantee it can be replaced. We recommend adding it to Apple Wallet or storing it somewhere safe, either digitally or printed.
