All website returns must be initiated via our online returns process with valid RMA number. Click the button below, if for some reason our return system is not working or you are having trouble with it, please contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have downloaded your mailing label, print it off. Repackage your goods, preferably in the box you received them in, tape securely, cover all old labels and barcodes and attach your new mailing label with clear tape or glue. Do not place the label around the corner of boxes or across seams. Place it in a prominent position.
Once repackaged, take to your nearest drop off location. Our system uses UPS, Fedex and USPS labels, based on the most cost effective from your location. Please note, we cannot choose a particular shipper for you. To find the location of your nearest drop off location, simply search drop off location for the shipper on your label and enter your address to get the nearest drop off. Your purchase will be refunded within 2 working days of receiving your return at our warehouse. If for some reason you have not received your refund in a timely manner, please contact us to follow up.
