Olive + Crate “Fall Refresh Giveaway” Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this promotion is Olive + Crate (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

  • The Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM ET on October 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

  • Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, participants must:

  1. Click through from a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement or Olive + Crate official link to the Giveaway landing page.

  2. Complete the entry form by providing their first name, email address, phone number, and selecting a preferred sheet color palette from the dropdown menu.

  • Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be void.

5. Prizes

  • Grand Prize (1 winner): Olive + Crate Ultimate Sleep Bundle (Approximate Retail Value: $625), consisting of:

    • 1x Sheet Set

    • 1x Duvet Cover Set

    • 1x Cooling Comforter

    • 1x Mattress Protector

    • 2x Cooling Pillows

    • 2x Sleep Masks

  • Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): Each runner-up will receive 1x Cooling Pillow + 1x Pillowcase Set. (Approximate Retail Value: $97.98 each).

  • Total Prize ARV: $1,114.90 approximately

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

  • The drawing will take place on or about November 1, 2025.

  • Winners will be notified via email and SMS to the contact information provided at entry.

  • If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, or is otherwise ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails and SMS communications from Olive + Crate.

9. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

  • Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

10. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of a prize.
