About Bamboo Viscose Pillow
Unlike traditional pillows that trap body heat, the BreathePure™ pillow keeps a regulated, fresh surface all night. It combines a temperature-regulating bamboo-derived cover with an internal blend of cross-cut cooling gel-infused foam and hollow-core microfiber. The materials actively dissipate heat and maximize airflow rather than trapping it.
Is it "cool-to-the-touch" like ice, or just temperature-regulating?
It provides a refreshing, breathable balance. It prevents the clammy "sweaty wakeups" by wicking away moisture and releasing trapped heat, giving you that coveted "cool side of the pillow" feel consistently without feeling unnaturally freezing.
The Classic is your traditional rectangular pillow shape, ideal for back sleepers and people who move around a lot.
The Crescent features a curved cutout along the bottom edge. This is specifically engineered for side sleepers and stomach sleepers, as it hooks perfectly around your shoulder, allowing your head to center flawlessly on the pillow without bunching up the fabric against your neck.
Yes! Despite the unique contour of the Crescent shape or the plush loft of the Classic, the Queen size is designed to fit standard US Queen pillowcases (ideally paired with breathable TENCEL™ cases to maximize the cooling effect).
The pillow features an inner zipper that lets you add or remove the shredded foam blend. It ships compressed, but it includes an extra 300 grams of fill in a separate storage bag, allowing you to custom-build a higher loft if you prefer a firm, high-profile pillow.
- Side Sleepers: Keep most or all of the fill (or add the extra) to create a high loft that supports the gap between your ear and shoulder.
- Back Sleepers: Use a medium loft (remove a few handfuls) to cradle the neck without pushing your chin forward.
- Stomach Sleepers: Remove a significant amount of fill to create a low, flat, soft profile that keeps your neck perfectly aligned with your spine.
No. The BreathePure™ pillow uses CertiPUR-US® certified foam, meaning it is manufactured without harmful flame retardants, heavy metals, or formaldehyde. It has extremely low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions, ensuring zero chemical smell right out of the package, however, we do recommend letting it air for 12 - 24 hours before use, due to it being compressed tightly during transportation
Yes. Both the internal shredded foam blend and the removable outer cover are highly resistant to dust mites, allergens, and bacteria. It is also OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified, confirming it is free from harmful levels of toxic chemicals.
You can machine wash and dry the removable outer cover on a gentle, cool cycle. However, the inner core (the shredded memory foam blend) should never be machine-washed, as water can degrade the foam. If the inner core needs refreshing, you can spot-clean it or tumble-dry it on "air fluff" (no heat) with a dryer sheet.
Being CertiPUR-US certified, the pillow is made without ozone depleters, formaldehyde, phylates, mercury, lead and other heavy metals. It has Low VOC and is screened for chemicals, such as flame retardants, that are classified as carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins harmful to human health
