Wonderful pillow for neck and skin issues
I love this pillow, it is the best pillow I have ever had. I am 64 years old and I have a hard time falling asleep. I got Covid in April 2025. I am fully vaccinated and thankfully I did not have to go to the hospital. In August 2025 I started having altered sense of smell where I smell something horrible that isn't there (phantom smell). The only time I don't smell it is when I sleep. It is now December 2025, I still have altered smell and have been diagnosed with Idiopathic Phantosmia and there is no treatment. The air around me smells horrible which effects falling asleep, as sometimes the smell is so bad that I have to put a towel over my face to breathe in something clean. I've been using the pillow for 2 weeks. I am able to fall asleep with the smell issue, I do not wake up to use the bathroom and get at least 4 hours sleep. I haven't added or taken out any of the filling. It is so much better than the $100.00 pillow I have.

Soft, cool fabric and well-lined pillows. I liked the extra filler but as it turned out, I didn't use it because the pillows were comfortably filled enough to suit my preference, which is a pillow that's supportive yet pliable with some "give".
The perfect pillow does exist! This pillow is absolutely perfect! First off, what is it about a really nice, sturdy box that just sets the tone for what is inside? There is definitely good presentation as opposed to the pillow just coming crammed inside a plastic bag. It includes extra stuffing, which I did not need and. Drawstring bag that I presume is to keep extra stuffing in. Right out of the vacuum sealed bag, this pillow was easy to fluff. It has instructions that say to put it in the dryer or fluff by hand and fluffing by hand worked great! A zippered opening allows you to remove stuffing to get it to just the right level of fluffiness (and the included bag to store the stuffing) but I found that it was perfect as is! To compare, I previously used a My Pillow and love this pillow even more! It’s everything you could possible need in a pillow!
Really like this pillow. The quality of this pillow is obvious. It is adjustable, in that you can remove some of the filling in order to make it just the depth that is pleasing. Once adjusted, we were able to create the exact level of comfort, support and firmness that we wanted. It’s breathable, and feels somewhat cooler than my old pillow.
Quality workmanship on a well designed product. Very comfortable pillow. Terrific pillow. I love that it came with a packet of extra fill material so that you can customize the firmness to your liking. Just follow the directions that come with the pillow and it will quickly fluff up to it's fullest...it comes compressed in it's packaging. For those of us with allergies, the fact that it is Hypoallergenic is a big plus...I am very sensitive to allot of products on the market: I noticed no odor, at all, from the pillow and packaging. It is really comfortable and actually does feel cooler. This goes perfect with our Tempur-Pedic Ergo mattress. My wife will be using this, soo, I'll have to order one for myself.

This pillow is not inexpensive at $47.00 USD (coupon price at the time of this review) but it's well worth it. I'm tired of pillows that flatten out or are so stiff that no one gets a good nights sleep. * I could immediately feel the cooling fabric on the pillow cover activated in hands. * I fluffed it up in the dryer on the low setting and I think it's just about perfect. * If the support isn't right for your comfort, you can easily add the extra memory foam that comes with the pillow or remove some of the memory foam already in the pillow. * The memory foam is incased in it's own protective cover with a second cooling cover on the outside. * Both have secure zippers that will make it easy to wash the cases. * The size is perfect for a queen or twin bed. * It even comes with a travel bag.

Yes! Despite the unique contour of the Crescent shape or the plush loft of the Classic, the Queen size is designed to fit standard US Queen pillowcases (ideally paired with breathable TENCEL™ cases to maximize the cooling effect).
- Side Sleepers: Keep most or all of the fill (or add the extra) to create a high loft that supports the gap between your ear and shoulder.
- Back Sleepers: Use a medium loft (remove a few handfuls) to cradle the neck without pushing your chin forward.
- Stomach Sleepers: Remove a significant amount of fill to create a low, flat, soft profile that keeps your neck perfectly aligned with your spine.
Care Instructions
You can machine wash and dry the removable outer cover on a gentle, cool cycle. However, the inner core (the shredded memory foam blend) should never be machine-washed, as water can degrade the foam. If the inner core needs refreshing, you can spot-clean it or tumble-dry it on "air fluff" (no heat) with a dryer sheet.
It is a personal thing, but we recommend every 1 - 2 weeks.

No. The BreathePure™ pillow uses CertiPUR-US® certified foam, meaning it is manufactured without harmful flame retardants, heavy metals, or formaldehyde. It has extremely low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions, ensuring zero chemical smell right out of the package, however, we do recommend letting it air for 12 - 24 hours before use, due to it being compressed tightly during transportation
Yes. Both the internal shredded foam blend and the removable outer cover are highly resistant to dust mites, allergens, and bacteria. It is also OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified, confirming it is free from harmful levels of toxic chemicals.
Being CertiPUR-US certified, the pillow is made without ozone depleters, formaldehyde, phylates, mercury, lead and other heavy metals. It has Low VOC and is screened for chemicals, such as flame retardants, that are classified as carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins harmful to human health
